I'm saying this because there is no near term catalyst right now to attract buyers, those that bought waiting news have already bought. Thus the MM's take it as low as possible taking advantage of the lack of buyers. All pops in recent weeks have been very short lived as those that timed them right take profits quickly and it returns back to where it started.
