Much more likely to hit .10 then .08. Probably tomorrow or Wednesday. It's being walked up for an upcoming event or news. They do not want this to move up in huge spike like moves. Steady rise just like we went from the 6"s to the 9"s . Now 9"s to 13"s and so on.
