Do u really believe that! do u think by filing in another state that will make a difference in finras eyes they are neither a state agency nor a government agency the merger is already done in the state of Colorado!Expect finra approval shortly don't believe the bs.

it should be a "Smooth Sailing" with Delaware.

( It's VERY EASY to file in Delaware ( right after Nevada .... :-) )


then FUZZnBUZZ shall be approved in CO as well as in DE and FINRA gives a green light !
