Lets not forget

The Accounting Firm was changed and announced just about a month ago. It takes time and Accuracy and a True Representation of all Facts and Figures is more important ultimately than being concerned that a 10 Q is late.


While its never great to see that a company is late in filing their 10 Q, The fact that they were conscious enough to file a late notice a day before expected filing and not a week after, and the fact that there are no real significant changes expected in the 10 Q , it will come within the next 30 days and business is going on as usual and nothing is stopping because of a late 10 Q filing, and the PPS is already at oversold depressed levels. Its not like the PPS had risen in some expectation on the 10 Q report expected.

So all in all, its a non event in my book. I expected this 50-50% of it happening.
