They are unloading shares trying hard to bring the price down. It'll trigger stops and try and force longs to unload their shares. Pure FUD. I expect this to go on for a while as Q1 2015 is a ways away, not to mention we'll have to wait til May 2015 for earnings. Hopefully they give us updates etc along the way because Al just isn't into fluff PR's which he shouldn't be. Hold the fort here they want you to sell.
