The percentage move the pps would have to change to make a profit is the exact same whether they reverse or not. The dollar value would be different, not the percentage. Vape ran up to 45 after r/s without posting revenue. vpco, too. The market cap means more than the price per share

While the threat of an R/S is there- there is some great things happening for this company. Just like any company getting going, it's going to take time. Investing wouldn't be the game that it was if they weren't risks. But if you see a company that is worth it to you- then lay down the $ and you'll see it come back again. I think that is the case with these guys. I put my $ where my mouth is and I am confidant I will be happy with the outcome.

"We are extremely pleased with our 2014 second quarter sales growth and margin expansion as we continue to focus our strategy on building distribution of our vaporizers through brick and mortar retailers, online promotion and vending machines. During the quarter our c-store distribution tripled and internet sales increased tenfold." Scott Frohman, Chief Executive Officer of Vaporin

You are very right on this Bo Donkey. I was intending to make my first purchase of Vapo tomorrow, but when I read about the reverse split, I am now hesitant to do so. It's not bad enough they are considering a R/S, but 1 for 50 ? Are you kidding me? 1 for 5 maybe I could deal with, but 1 for 50 would turn the 7000 shares that I was about to buy into only 140. I would be losing almost all 7000 of my shares in the blink of an eye. I don't like the sound of that.

I was excited about making the purchase, but now I may not even do it. Probably safer for me to just buy more TRTC. Speaking of TRTC, they might actually prevent the reverse split. It is my understanding that as part of the deal with Vaporin, TRTC received 1,500,000 shares of Vaporin stock. Now if they do a 1 for 50 R/S, TRTC only gets 30,000 shares? They will have lost almost all of the 1.5 mil shares in the blink of an eye. I don't think they'd be too pleased with that. And I was complaining about the 7000 shares I don't even own yet. Just something to think about.
