Exactly! If you or your neighbor has a little bit of dirt in the back yard. VIOLA! You have weed! Canadians up here have been doing it for years! I never see huge grow lamps or irrigation systems in my friends backyard. Sure there are specialty shops but the main items for sale in these "Head Shops" are paraphernalia for smoking. The hydro stores are all gone since the decriminalization. The idea that everyone is going to run to a hydro store and by a $1000 a month worth of gear is nuts imo.

This guy has clearly never grown pot. Lighting supplements the sun and is used in even outdoor greenhouses to generate more harvests per year instead of 2-3 you can get 4-5. You also buy more at grow stores than lights, you won't find your nutrients at walmart.
