I agree.

But then again, i'm still new to the OTC world and it seems that traditional market cap analysis almost literally doesn't apply.

For instance, when mCi* was at $.90 and VPOR was at $.40 - there is no way either one of them should have had market caps of several hundred million lol - at least i didn't think so.
