Somebody seems to think it's a big deal

As it happens, I think it's going to be big, too. With Windows, IE, and Outlook under increasing malware pressure and individuals and corporations increasingly anxious about it, this lowers the barrier to them switching. They hear about what a great reputation Apple has for hardware, and they tire of talking to tech support in Bangalore, and they think, 'why not? It's a cool-looking box, and it'll fer sure run the software I'm already familiar with.'
And then, they might just try OS X, which is what'll come up by default, at least for individual users. And they might just like it.
Meanwhile, Apple is still a hardware company, and they just sold another box that they wouldn't have otherwise.
I'm up almost 10% from my buy a couple weeks ago. Nice.
