No read it again it says On February 4 3.6 million shares were issued at a price of just $0.007 each. That means on Feb 4th 3.6 million shares were issued at .007. I do see all the rest issued though. The MRIB AS are only 700 million shares. They reduced them last fall from 1 billion to 700 million.
