Keep in mind that, according to IBD (I know I sound like a tourist) looks at some debt as good...essentially if your lenders allow you to incur and hold debt then they are confident you can pay it back. Those with short expiration notes are the red flags...trtc (i hope) is not one of these from what my team's research is showing.
