Yes I asked Brian this exact same question a couple weeks back. FDMF will maintain equity in LaunchTV after the spinoff. He did not say how much, but when I raised the same concern you just did, he actually chuckled and said Launch is so valuabe of course we will still own and benefit from the existence of Launch. I suggest you call or email him so he can better explain.
