do your d/d send the DOA and researches inquiries like I do and draw your own conclusion.

I did my proper d/d and found that Carl is doing "business" with a lot of shady characters.

And as for the DOA, you said yourself, they quit responding to you. They are not as interested as you make it seem. VSPC wasn't even on their contract list for biofuels.

The $ shown in the 10Q was no surprise and predictable (d/d). I was not commenting on the $$ but on what has not been stated. Maybe Dr. S wants it this way for a purpose or plan.

PS: can you do d/d as to how many years are left of the so called patent(s) life ??

Maybe in the wind is a notion that VSPC could be sold or merged -- say to the N company.
