They sure do, mate. Out of all MMs, they are the ones I PREFER to see because they aren't there for a few pennies. These guys are here to see this stock (BBRD)movie up drastically. If they set a pps target price high, you best believe they actually believe it will hit that target price. ;-) <<<----- Just a fun 'fact', or opinion of mine.
