I think they need FDA approval to market an existing drug for hair growth --just as allergen received FDA approval to market Latisse for eyelash growth, when Latisse is just Lumigan, a glaucoma eye drop which has the side effect of growing eye lashes, and possibly changing eye color.

They mention heparin, enoxaparin and M402 in their patent application. They might just be covering all the bases.

Right.

LWMH is the key I think.

M402 is a LMWH.
