The point is Reid did not promise anything as implied.

The point is the 10Q tomorrow, and its contents are important. A forced 8K is not.

The point is one is attempting to celebrate a forced action.

The point is KMAG as a non SEC filer means Reid does not have to file anything (e.g. Form 10). And that's exactly what he has filed - nothing. Each can decide whether nothing for the past 23 months, after being suspended, and tossed onto the greys is "good".
