If there is intent to perform any exploratory work at hay mountain where are the required complete documents? Why put out a press release showing only a non committal document absent committal documents of reclamation bonds & intent to drill permit & fees. Plan of operation lacking attachments that allow any work to be performed seems misleading. Motive appears to be stockholder dilution via selling shares packaged as exploratory services to be performed. How many briscoe carrots does one need before they realize they've been duped yet again. Plan of operation at this point is not worth the toilet paper it's written on.
