Agreed. IMO, NoPressure's post was spot on. The court case is not the only thing to focus on. Shareholders most likely will not know the details of the case. If there is a press release, it will be that both parties have reached an amicable agreement and specifics regarding settlement amount will not be disclosed. The share price will probably experience a pop, but, nothing significant. The share price will move up significantly based on Maza's next steps, not this lawsuit. If indeed Maza intends to crank up the "Light n' Easy" dilution machine....oh well ;)
