Shorts wouldn't let the PPS get to out of hand...before those 850 million are released...

Might consider also 1.4 Billion "Encounter" shares come off restrictions in 12 months 30 days...

Might consider old news that "Encounter" was looking at taking a 10% equity stake in a Christian web site...
