From Bloomberg Business profile - He (Dale Borland )also worked for 16 years at Microsoft Corp., where he served as Head of IT for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Borland joined the Microsoft's UK Executive Board of Directors in 1994 as Director of their OEM Division and Director of Microsoft's Consumer Division in 1996. From there, he was responsible for IT Services and Operations across EMEA. Mr. Borland was pivotal in driving his team's productivity to the competitive advantage of Microsoft's business divisions across the region. He moved to Vancouver in 2001 to manage Microsoft's Enterprise Service and Partner business in Canada.
