Tilapia is often considered St. Peter's Fish...tilapia is also referred to as the "miracle fish". .biblical authority believe tilapia is the two fish that Jesus multiplied at the waters to feed the crowd of 5000. Tilapia may not be the caviar of fish, but good enough for mass is good enough for me. IMO eddie possibly making available a reasonably priced product among smky "offerings"..
