That has nothing to with VDK 1-1.4 which TMMI put in millions of dollars to develop.
Not even iterated can pull out of that or i guess they could but what about all the money paid to them for exclusive rights to the codec.
Please explain this.

No I have not personally seen the agreements. I have seen the original TMMI-ISI agreement of 1993. It had it all. The recent agreement of 1996 does not have any of they general wording that was so valuable. That upsets me. But and a big BUT! (one "T" folks) it does have HUGE possiblities IF managed correctly. Remember we have a viable public company that is technically out of bankruptcy. With fractals as a base we could go anywhere!

Chew on that one for awhile!!!! I'm begining to sould like the Shadow. HAHAHAHAHAHA!
