My understanding is that this petition was asserted against only 1 of the 4 patents at issue in this case (which is critical). Indeed, this question was asked and answered during the Q&A.
And remember that the petition has merely been filed (and we won't know for several months whether it will even be granted). While the case law appears divided on whether a stay motion is appropriate based solely on the filing of a CBM petition, here, since 3 of the patents remain unchallenged currently, I would not expect the court to entertain any stay motion at this time (especially since the case was just stayed for a period of time pending Alice).
