Yes he is... There are plenty of actions by him and Reid that have yet to be resolved and Treaty Energy is STILL responsible...

This is not the only lawsuit he is named in. Just one of many. Just removing him from the board does in NO way fix things with the folks that got ripped off or the TRRC or the SEC...

The pot is beginning to boil....

Any bank, financial company or any sort of company would have to be CRAZY to be part of Blackburn's and Treaty's many scams... To be involved with these SCAMMERS in any way... And that INCLUDES Chris Tesarski and Arquinas Energy who by the way is made up of 2 past Treaty CEO's and Treaty's current Lawyer they would very likely have to be a PART of the scam...

Nothing has change. No 8-K's for any of these new guys... What up with that??? They get cold feet??? Or is there to much heat??
