Mine did, had one in at .0042 like 3 hours ago and just got filled not long ago. I can see my account and positions on the mobile platform, but it won't let me make buy or sell orders. Getting really pissed off at this point. Scott and I are no longer friends. Gonna milk this cow for every last free trade I can get and be done with it. They're not getting another damn dime from me.
