Unfortunately you found the one flaw with Fidelity

Limit orders ok, stops = Nope for all OTC

I've learned to live with it and it's actually saved me a couple times when the FNMA price bounced and I probably would've been taken out by some slick MMs.

Just know/remember that pps can jump around wildly with this ticker when the big boys start their runs and short attacks! Back in the big march drop, the pps on level II started looking like a digitally scrambled tv signal, or the evil terminator melting at the end of T2 movie. It'd be 7 cents up, 13 cents down on the next order just milliseconds later. So your stop might not ever get triggered if it was in between those points. Plus your order is not at the top of the line, and when real run or attack is happening, level II is like a fireworks show! You can't get too close to the launching area (can't buy or sell) because it's cordoned off "for your safety". Big boys get their orders filled first.
