They are buying at .03 but is the price is lower they are baying lower that's. Why in the s1 they give like 3 scenarios also idlf the price is higher they have to buy it higher this is 5m in and they got 3 years to buy also 3 years to sell if they want the shares will be locked at 271m more or less depends of the pps Beaufort buy company is trying to at least capture 4m of that 5m. The 166m they registered are for that selling but if the PPS go up Beaufort have to buy less than that if the PPS go down Beaufort buy the 166m but company acquire less money.
