Clark County was looking for percentage of local ownership for all applicants.they specifically requested this information during applicants interviews.
They may be the property owners of the various sites, but their presence as partners was necessary.
Bottom line is this, you either trust management or you dont.

Excellent post and something that needs to be looked at much closer.

I am surprised no one is concerned about the partnership in the Nevada Dispensary... S 1 clearly shows two unknown persons have a 60% to 40% interest..... so in my mind whatever revenue is made in the year 2016....two years from now... shareholders will gleam app 50% of the revenue while probably having to bear 100% of the costs...
