Yep. If VPLM has a price in mind, why not tell any and all what it is and sell it? Or is VPLM accepting offers to a certain date? What is the VPLM strategy for monetizing this? That's right, nobody knows.
It's already stated that Microsoft/Skype will tie this up in courts so one must assume all the big companies will do the same.
