As per the 10-Q outstanding shares, basic and diluted, are 180.6 million including options and warrants. The float is not listed but there are only 3.3% held by major holders. There is no insider buying(except for the awarded/gifted stocks to CEO and directors.)If this was a low float stock, you would see more volatility and traders would be flocking to this stock.

I hope Cecil is still holding his 3 mil. :)
