yw, imo i think this could be promoted on vapor and have potential to turn into a good flipper, depending on how well its promoted/pumped it could also be a nice one to short if it goes really high on its initial run but the skeletons in the new guys closet may not allow it to unless they spend a lotta money on the pump

without news/co update its all speculation at this point except the eminent first run that will happen regardless of merits (just another typical penny shell acquisition run on news of change)

looking at the numbers here and from past exp i believe itll break the .002s quick but from there its anyones guess without more info

Not to mention everything that was press released or stated by ken Lewis was complete fraud and lies and now the "company" with another fake address with the proven criminal hazan running the "company" who knows - they announced they have little assets and plan to dilute so that's possible pump to me!
