The PPS is where it is because they had big time convertibles sold into the market in the last few months and retail couldn't absorb these shares over time. That's something entirely different than to say there is no more business or that they closed up shop. Which is libel and defamation btw. If you don't believe it I would suggest you visit them in Anaheim and take a look at the facility.
