"Institutional investors will read /listen" - but will they invest? I don't know - I think they will want, and therefore wait, for the test results. Unless you are a very aggressive, speculative fund manager. Even the small investors are saying the same thing. When the company can publish these results the data will be the their selling point. The first sale will open the flood gates. It's November - December.
