I usually sell AH if bought AH, same with pre-market due to liquidity, however, we will see some crazy price targets and upgrades for ICPT which has a strong history of runs, could hit $500 today, most institutions do not trade pre or AH so that when you will see bigger buying volume, also, at over $300 share most individuals are taking small bites so won't see the 100-1,000 share orders which tend to move this stock more dramatically.
