When will Chester sue "Symbian Bank"?

Chester continues to have a real knack to find "business partners" who "fail" to meet his standards?

Can also prove his victimhood?

Who will Chester sue to get $621,000 back?

Maybe get enough money back to pay the lawyers to sue Bhang Chocolate?
