Sorry, email is public or inside information. I believe the official company stance on delisting is that they can't comment on it but if they do decide to move it forward it will first go to a board vote then a shareholder vote. They also may find another way to stop the naked shorting, how, I have no idea. In this scenario I think they would forego delisting. Just speculation on my part though.
