Your spin is terrible. It is completely possible that a company has bills or debt totaling 5 million dollars yet no sales and revenue to give it value or enough to justify it's current valuation.
I'm not saying it's a debt or a note or whatever else you want to call it..
I'm just saying you are being misleading..
Why don't we focus on all those new products seen on the apru website instead of this same ridiculous argument over shares... It might get somewhere...
