Why is that? How will the addition of one billion shares for the stated purpose of covering class B shares, talent requesting stock over money and as insurance against running out of shares if conversion occurs stop this from rising.

The ONE BILLION shares created were created and explained a while ago so this is NOT NEWS to anyone.

If you are stating that the only reason why MINE won't hit a dime is because of the authorized share count, then how do you explain this?

As of December 31, 2013, ERB@ had an authorized share count of 3.75 Billion. It ran as high as .11 on March 25, 2014.

Let me remind you that as of March 25, that company didn't even have a product......
