I think they will win at least to recover what the market lost them and possibly what would have been the predicted amount. Can't tell me that had IR not screwed them that the pps would be so low right now.
Plus it forced them out of the NASDAQ. What kinda price do you put on that?
Per the latest news, they said they have been in arbitration since May? So can we expect to hear some news soon on this?
