It's just emotions running high and very hard to tell who's making money from all the emotion on the retail end. There is no doubt that the VC is making money, there's no doubt that NBRI is getting much needed operating money. When I look at the financing mechanism I have seen MUCH worse. For whatever reason the volume has dried up today which to me means the the last round of discount shares just got swallowed up. Looks like the 2 gaps at .012 and .014 are going to fill. A green close today looks great on this chart.
