LOL.. it's not a theory.. It's proven fact. AS went from two to four billion and everyone said they were not dilluting.. they were protecting the company from a hostile takeover... oops... The OS soon after jumped to over three billion. That IS dillution.
With all the good about this stock the pps should be an easy .03, but GNF will not leave this tradeing range until dilotion is over. I believe that below .015 is the majic # for dilution. This is the only reason for manipulation of trades on level II when it starts to trade higher. Such as the pps dropping while buying out performs the selling. Seems like a NO Brainer to me. But what do I know I am not a stock Pro. I could easily be wrong. Just a Guess!!
