Legitimate companies don't delay disclosures. If anything to do with the company potentially affects it's value, shareholders have a right to know NOW, not days or weeks from now. You and your fellow shareholders OWN the company. Manzo only runs it and controls it by virtue of a "cute", high voting rights, Preferred Shares issuance. End of story!
How would you feel if it was Manzo dumping shares into the market NOT MMG? How would you feel if Manzo and MMG were equal partners or if Manzo was an employee of MMG? Shareholders know NOTHING about the structure of the R/M. Right now, that is the key to FOGC's future and Manzo's been SILENT on that topic.
