Good news they are still issuing them.

They issued one license to an "existing" licensed producer after 6 months of not issuing any. Nobody new.

Personally, I think HC has issued to enough LP's to satisfy the demand. JMHO

If Tweed is under $5 pps, you could be hard pressed to say its not a penny stock.
