just b/c there is a gag , does not mean that they are dumping mass shares, and they are hiding it. There could be an agreement in some matter until things are finalized. They may not know the exact number needed in the O/S until they begin this CC rollout and prepare for maybe a new affiliate. Dont think that the gag is evil automatically. They are not going to dump and dump right now with the condition of the pps and the potential of the rise in pps weeks to come. They arent going to dilute themselves into subpenny land. Cant see it happening. MM's may still shake tomorrow, they smell fear BIG time. if this thing hits .0125, your gonna see every trader and their mother hop back on. and run it to .015.
at .0125 RSI will be well under 50 paving the way for a run.
