I'm buying some BAXS today around .38-.39. For me it is actually a new position. I was tempted many times in prior months. I think short term risk/reward is favorable under .40.

I see my prior post recently on .40 being an inflection point & anticipated bottom has me eating my words a little bit, but at this point near .38-.39 I'm willing to take a risk on a start position as we must likely are close to 'bottom' here.
