Very interesting assay. While nobody knows what the new molecule is yet, it could be a derivation from ponatinib. If that is the case, what has been inferred to in this assay that ponatinib can be used as a starting scafold for a drug to destabilize KRAS oncoprotein, it "could" be the highly awaited next molecule, maybe not. But it is a very tantalizing possibility...jmo.
