If the global lock is lifted it means DTCC has collected money from PRPM to satisfy their governmental need to occasionally make it look like they are doing something. It does not mean that PRPM is not a scam. It means DTCC boys can resume their job of buffing their beanpole at government expense, and Jeffries can resume posting lies about business.
