Not much point to it. They all sit there saying dilution, dilution, DUH, if you don't see that then you can't read and haven't bothered to do DD BEFORE buying PEII. Of course there is dilution at this point and to a greater degree in the past to the tune of billions of shares. PEII needs money for operations, if they don't have enough marketable product yet then they have to sell shares to pay the bills and the drillers to get to the oil. There is a light at the end of the PEII tunnel and it's getting closer not going out, it's gonna get doused with oil and get really bright! When oil comes in this will fly! IMO
