K. Almost there turbo friend....when he took his 4.5m he had 8.67% (in filing I linked in other post).
If he hadn't sold a share he would be at 5.7%~~. That's a 3% change without but or sell?

Could he be accumulating up to 10%? Almost 7.8m shares?
