Its because Marani Brands website is hosted by a separate webpage hosting company: calpop.com. Co-location service. One company (cal pop) hosts many websites for multiple businesses. When request goes to maranibrands.com, DNS gets routed to Calpop and CalPop internally serves the request from its network-balanced farm of web servers for failover and hosting needs. This is similar to how GoDaddy hosts sites.
